Terms and Conditions

Comprehensive Release of Liability: Gezelim.co.uk (including its owners, employees, and affiliates) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, theft, financial loss, or emotional distress occurring before, during, or after an event. Use of this platform and attendance at listed events is strictly at the user’s own risk.

No Liability for Venue or Event Execution: Gezelim.co.uk does not own, manage, or inspect the venues listed on our platform. We are not liable for the safety, accessibility, or sanitary conditions of any venue. Any disputes regarding venue facilities, security conduct, or seating arrangements must be settled directly with the organizer or the venue management.

No Liability for Organizer Conduct: We act solely as a listing and ticketing interface. We are not responsible for the performance, quality, or content of any event. Gezelim.co.uk is not liable if an organizer fails to deliver the promised services, nor for any misrepresentations made in event descriptions.

Indemnification by Organizers: By listing an event, the organizer agrees to indemnify and hold Gezelim.co.uk harmless from any claims, legal fees, or costs arising from third-party lawsuits related to their event. This includes claims brought by ticket buyers, performers, or venue owners.

Payment Processing via Stripe: We use Stripe to process all financial transactions. By using our platform, all organizers and users automatically agree to the Stripe Services Agreement. View the full terms here: https://stripe.com/gb/legal/ssa.

Organizer Payouts: Payouts for ticket sales are typically processed 5-7 business days after the successful completion of the event. This timeline ensures the event took place as described and allows for dispute resolution.

Right to Withhold Funds: Gezelim.co.uk reserves the absolute right to withhold funds indefinitely if there is a pending dispute, a high volume of refund requests, or a perceived risk of event cancellation or fraudulent activity.

Event Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation for any reason (including Force Majeure), the organizer is solely responsible for notifying ticket holders and managing refunds. Gezelim.co.uk is not responsible for issuing refunds from its own funds.

Transaction Fee Liability: In the event of an event cancellation, any non-refundable transaction fees that Gezelim.co.uk is liable to pay to third-party providers (such as Stripe) will be charged to the organizer. These fees will be deducted from the held balance or billed directly.

Ticket Validity and Refusal of Entry: Ticket buyers acknowledge that a ticket does not guarantee entry if venue-specific rules are violated. Gezelim.co.uk is not liable for any financial or travel losses if an attendee is refused entry by the venue or organizer for any reason.

Intellectual Property License: Organizers grant Gezelim.co.uk a non-exclusive license to use event imagery and logos for promotional purposes. We are not liable for copyright infringements caused by images or descriptions uploaded by the organizer.

Platform Availability and Errors: Gezelim.co.uk is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any loss of revenue or data resulting from temporary website maintenance, technical glitches, or server downtime.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations or for event cancellations caused by events outside of our control, including weather, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising between a ticket buyer and an organizer must be resolved between those two parties. Gezelim.co.uk may assist in communication but is not a party to any legal dispute between users and organizers.

Acceptance of Terms: By creating an account, listing an event, or purchasing a ticket on Gezelim.co.uk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all points of these Terms and Conditions.

Use of Organizer Brand Data: By using the platform, organizers grant Gezelim.co.uk the right to use their name, brand logo, and promotional media for platform-wide marketing, including social media, email newsletters, and website “Partner” sections.

Mandatory Access to Customer Data: Organizers selling tickets via the platform agree that Gezelim.co.uk shall have full, automatic access to all customer data (names, emails, phone numbers) collected during the ticket sale process. This data becomes part of the Gezelim.co.uk central database for marketing and platform management purposes.
